Simon identified some goals:
1) Basic configuration parameters: number (5), sizes (150 m, 450 m, 1100 m, 3 km, 10 km).
2) Configuration styles: rings, donuts, sprials, etc.
3) Reconfiguration operations: continuous, batch, hybrid.
4) Quality metric for comparing different possibilities: sidelobe level, dynamic range, fidelity, etc.
5) Test images for comparing different possibilities. Should represent full range of science goals.
6) Topographic (or political) constraints on siting.
PDR organization -- Who will be the outside representatives? European?
Min has formulated a plan.
