1 - regarding the nutating subreflector. does the pointing spec need to be met while the subreflector is nutating? 2 - regarding offset pointing. are we (our group) comfortable with the idea of offset pointing correcting some substantial fraction of the pointing error? especially in regards to wind buffeting.
Preparations for MOC Meeting

After Napier reviewed the draft agenda for the MOC meeting, he proposed that all DH will give a brief (10 minute) report on the technical aspects of their divisions. Napier will send out a notice after Brown's return and approval.
