seiichi sakamoto Sun, 30 Jan 2005 13:18:27 -0300 Dear Tony, everyone, I just received from Koh-Ichiro Morita a text file that contains relative coordinates of the pads #1-11 used in the current version of the ACA configuration. PAD_ID EASTING NORTHING #00 -2.30 -4.50 #01 5.04 0.25 #02 -2.74 4.24 #03 8.37 8.36 #04 -11.43 3.06 #05 3.06 -11.43 #06 1.90 14.27 #07 -13.31 -5.50 #08 11.41 -8.78 #09 -6.79 15.54 #10 -10.07 -13.65 #11 16.85 -1.89 Coordinates of the pads #0-#11 are almost fixed and we are working to optimize the N-S elongation with additional pads #12-#17. In the figure that I sent you before, it is supposed that we will use pads #0-#11 for objects in the declination range from -60 deg to +20 deg, and pads #1, #2, #7, and #9-17 for those in other declination ranges. ACA reconfiguration will be very tricky business. I am now proposing alternative solution to Koh-Ichiro.
