  	BE Action item: Maximum fiber length selection should take into account 
  that there will be a 5 fs slip in phase every 10,000 seconds at 18 km 
  and every 100 seconds at 22 km.  A DECISION MUST BE MADE BY SITE AND 
  SCIENCE ICDs.

The JAO has asked that
the session chairs for the afternoon parallel sessions write a brief
outline of their sessions. In particular, please document all action
items and decisions that were made during the sessions. These documents
should be submitted to the JAO prior to the next IPT telecon scheduled
for 23 June.
