Task 1

AEM:
- TICRA will investigate the effect of the qudripod leg cladding on the 
beam pattern

VERTEX
- Drawings were provided to TICRA
- Details on the quadripod leg cladding needs to be included in model

Both antenna
- Goretex membrane need to be included in model

Front End:
- Model not complete. Some detailed information are missing, but should 
be available by mid of Jan.


Task 2 (all calculations were done without front end optics)
- Effect on reflector panels on beam pattern was analysed
- Rounded Edge: Work will continue on different edge geometries, also 
considering manufacturing aspects.
- Subreflector tilt: Most of the analysis was made existing design and 
tilt angels were verified
- Scattering Cone: Design of Richard Hills was verified
- Nutation: Ticra should repeat the nutation calculation for another 
nutation centre located 100mm below the prime focal point. Up to 1 deg 
nutation is sufficient.
