Al Wootten has also created an ANASAC wiki page at NRAO for this collaborative effort. You can find the link as https://wikio.nrao.edu/bin/view/ALMA/AlmaNorthAmericanScienceAdvisoryCommittee.
You will find my earlier e-mail and the web link to the sample survey questions if you click on "NaascSurvey" wiki word on the front page.  If you are just browsing, you need not do much else. If you want to contribute material to these wiki pages, you can visit  https://wikio.nrao.edu/bin/view/TWiki/WelcomeGuest to learn more about this web tool and register using the link shown at the bottom.
Several points regarding use of the wiki:

Any registered user may put text on a wiki page or construct a new one.   Please let Wootten know if you have questions about this process.

When you edit a page you lock it. ¨
A file lock will time out and release after one hour of inactivity. ¨
A file lock can be overridden (please do not do this). ¨
 ¨
The wiki has lots of plugins (like one which allows for an interactive group action item list) which will be installed over the coming weeks.
