ASAC meeting
IRAM Grenoble 2-3 April 2003

The ASAC meeting will be at the IRAM headquarters, in the Grenoble University Campus. 
Please, find attached the preliminary agenda of the meeting, a registration form, as well as 
some information on how to reach Grenoble and the University Campus.

We have pre-booked rooms for the nights of Tuesday  Apr 1st,  Wednesday 2nd  and Thursday 
3rd  in  one two-star hotel in Grenoble downtown. The hotels being heavily booked at that 
period, we thank you to send back the registration form as soon as possible indicating your 
dates of arrival and departure.
Location
The IRAM headquarters are located in St Martin d’Hθres, a few km to the east of Grenoble, in 
the Grenoble University Campus. The address is 300 rue de la piscine, 38406 St Martin 
d’Hθres (switchboard: 33-(0)-476-82-4900). They can be reached by the tramway line  B, 
direction Universities, from the Central bus/train station. Tram stop : Les Taillees.
Grenoble can be reached by train from Paris (3h) and Geneva (2h). It can also be reached by 
air through the Lyon St Exupery Airport (90 km), the Geneva Airport (140 km) and the 
Grenoble St Geoirs Airport (40 km --fligths mostly from Paris). There is a regular bus service 
connecting every hour the Lyon St Exupery Airport to the Grenoble Central train/bus station. 
Accommodation
We have pre-booked 25 single rooms for the nights of Tuesday  Apr 1st,  Wednesday 2nd  and 
Thursday 3rd  in  a two-star hotel in Grenoble downtown :
