1345+125(OP +175, 4C +12.50)Galaxy z= 0.122 V= 17.00 Notes (from the published papers): {\small The Seyfert 2 Galaxy 1345+125 (4C\,12.50, DA\,350, OP\,175) has $V$=17.0, and $z$=0.1202 (\citet{DeGrijp92}). The extremely reddened ($U-B$=0.73, $B-I$=2.54) host galaxy of this radio source contains two nuclei $2^{\prime\prime}$ (P.A.\,$-75^\circ$) indicating an ongoing merger (\citet{Gilmore86}). \citet{Heckman86} published an optical image of the merging galaxies. \citet{Scoville00} published NICMOS images of this object at IR, and \citet{Surace00} near-ultraviolet images. This object is similar to Arp\,220, the prototype megamaser galaxy. The flux density monitoring of Arecibo at 318 and 430\,MHz reported in \citet{Salgado99} does not report any flux variations over 14 years at those frequencies. \citet{Shaw92} published a 5\,GHz image of this radio source together with near-IR images. At the 8.4\,GHz pc-scale maps of \citet{Fey96} it has six components describing an inverted question mark figure of 70\,mas in size, first to the SE and ending at the S. Their 2.3\,GHz image displays a wide jet in the southernmost part (at 50\,mas from the core), similar to the \citet{Shaw92} image. Our maps report similar structures than the 8.4\,GHz images of \citet{Fey96}. } |
