1845+797(3C 390.3, 4C +79.18, NRAO 582, VII Zw 838)Galaxy z= 0.05610 V= 14.3 Notes (from the published papers): An unpublished 6 cm image obtained in 1996 by one of us (RCV) shows that the northwestern emission has brightened considerably with respect to the 1982 6 cm image shown by Pearson \& Readhead (1988). It is likely that the other, southeastern side, which is the most compact and has the flattest spectrum, is the location of the core. |
