Advanced features are developed for the Mitaka-Okayama-Kiso Archival system (MOKA) which was developed for the observational data obtained at Okayama Astrophysical Observatory and Kiso Observatory. The function for dealing with the multi-dimensional data which are produced by a multi-mode instrument, Okayama Optical Polarimetry and Spectroscopy System (OOPS), is implemented by means of 'view' in the architecture of the relational database 'SYBASE'. Several tool-kits of `name resolver', `coordinate converter' and so on, which help users to search the target data in MOKA, are also equipped. Futhermore, the main system of MOKA is devided into two parts, the user interface part and the database/data access part, in the base of Client/Server model. Many problems we must get over for constructiong useful data archival system for ground-based observatories are pointed out and various suggestions are described.
