IMAGE Extension ; yes: 5, no: 0, unvoted: 1. Comments: Simple and convenient. BINARY TABLE Extension ; yes: 6, no: 0. Comments: It is a natural trend to extend to BINARY TABLE. AIPS already adopted this extension. It will be easier to look up and treat if character strings are NULL terminated. Inclusion of the Multidimensional Array Convention is desirable. There were divergent opinions for inclusion of the Variable Length Array. It is too complicated. It will be necessary. Blocking Factors ; yes: 6, no: 0. Comments: Standard procedure should be authorized.
