Usually, I don't reply to a posting this way but:

The March 93 Sky and Telescope seems to have ALOT of information about
CD-ROM catalogues and how to access them, etc.  You might want to pick
it
up...I'm sure it's at your library =-)... and call some of the companies
to see what's available for how much.
