Archeops balloon experiment ( ARCHEOPS )
Archeops is an international collaboration aiming at measuring the Cosmic Microwave background anisotropies in the (sub)millimetre domain on a large area of the sky and with high angular resolution. The first balloon flight occured in July 1999 from Trapani ASI base. Next flights are planned from Kiruna in Sweden in December 2000 and January 2001.

Radio Ice Cherenkov Experiment ( RICE )
A prototype ultra-high energy neutrino detector/obervatory located at the South Pole. RICE consists of an array of radio antennas buried deep in the ice which detect coherent Cherenkov emission from electromagnetic cascades produced as a by product of ultra-high energy neutrino interactions.
