Agreement:
"We are committed to a quarterly release of
data to the astronomical community (assuming that we acquired
data in that quarter). Furthermore, we will provide a web-based
data-mining tool - SliSE (Spectral Line Search Engine) --
which we have already developed and demonstrated."
