The Spectral Line
Search Engine (SLiSE): SLISE DATA RELEASE
Below in the pulldown menu, you will find the observing band that have
been covered in the survey. In order to see if a frequency is
available you must select the correct band first.
For a summary of the observing bands:
To search, simply select your band of
interest, enter either a maximum or minimum frequency or a center
frequency and appropriate bandwidth and click "Search". If data
were taken in your search criteria, a SLiSE display window will appear
with the appropriate passband. You can then identify features in that
band by consulting the H or He recombination line buttons, the SLAIM
button, which is a compliation of molecules and frequencies from Frank
Lovas, or the Splatalogue button, which will query the splatalogue.net
database for possible line identifications. Finally, you can input
and flag your own rest frequency. It will be plotted based on the
input LSR velocity of the Sgr B2N region, +64 km/s or, if there are
multiple velocity components, you can input various velocity flags
once again based on the LSR velocity of the Sgr B2N region, +64 km/s.
