Charge to the Committee: ÒThe broad-based Review should evaluate management, progress, schedule and budget performance, and current issues and risks for ALMA construction and operations. This assessment should be referenced against two previous major reviews: (a) the project rebaselining review held in Garmisch in September 2005 and (b) the operations plan review held in Arlington in February 2007. The Review should encompass the principal components of ALMA: site, antennas, front-end, back-end, correlator, computing, science and systems engineering, and include other relevant aspects of the project such as the assembly, integration and verification activity. (plus elsewhere in text..) The Review will be broad-based and will encompass management and progress, schedule and budget performance of all aspects of the Observatory including construction, Chile operations and the ALMA Regional Centers.Ó AAER Committee: Douglas Bock dbock@mmarray.org Combined Array for Research in Millimeter-wave Astronomy (CARMA) Genevieve Debouzy genevieve.debouzy@cnes.fr Centre National dÕEtudes Spatiales (CNES) Roy Booth roy@hartrao.ac.za Hartebeesthoek Radio Astronomy Observatory Nobuyoshi Fugono fugono@atr.jp ATR(Advanced Telecommunications Research) Institute Toshinori Maihara maihara@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp Kyoto University Jim Oschmann (Chair) joschman@ball.com Ball Aerospace Remo Tilanus rpt@jach.hawaii.edu James Clerk Maxwell Telescope (JCMT) Carol Wilkinson wilkinson@ligo-wa.caltech.edu Advanced LIGO, Caltech
