The purpose of this meeting is to examine the front-end specifications and
requirements and to:

Determine whether the list of FE specifications is complete
Set the TBD items - where possible
Plan the work required to nail-down the remaining TBD specifications
Identify and draft the interface control documents between the FE and
Antenna,BE and software.
Indentify and draft the specifications/ICD's within the FE, that is between
the front-end as a whole and a sub-system such an individual cartridge.
