Need to allow lots of  time for people to talk or make their own short presentations.
Move longer review sessions into morning, break up after lunch into groups.
Perhaps one short discussion of DRSP just after lunch.

Doug--start off with Science or very focussed overview.  End with description of ALMA
Lee- can have dinner speaker.  Massimo?
Debra--need some overview.  Could start with science requirements-
Chris--what can happen in focus groups--science they are doing and what can happen with
ALMA, second thing is what the project wants.  Start with 30 min overview to put science in context,
overview of four topics, go into working groups after coffee, then come back and talk about details,
shifting focus in second session after lunch to what ALMA wants.  Operations.  DRSP.
Doug--move overview, DRSP,etc in morning, breakout in pm.  After dinner the wonderful world of
ALMA.  
Lee-takes 15-20 minutes to change venue.  Dinner at 7pm; ALMA status and outlook after dinner.
Doug--what do users need from ALMA?  
Chris--general agreement that we have barebones overview, science, back for DRSP, lunch, then
breakout sessions.  
One session all afternoon for one goal or three?  Define what need from regional science center.
Lee--if want more than one goal we need to provide separate times.
Doug--Saturday am?  Lee--only have the room for one day.
First breakout science focus--a drsp for my science?
Second session--regional science center, etc.  
Need facilitators.  
Lee--push whole regional science center off into Saturday.
Doug--when you get scientists in a room, some period of time is talking about who we are
etc.  He would push discussion of science center in plenary on Saturday.
Perhaps breakout rooms for Saturday morning?
Chris--overview with what people need to know
science overview

CC: Have to ask review talks asap.  
Overview speakers should present overview of DRSP and their own science.
CW: They should connect where they can but try to be visionary.  
Lee: Not concentrate on their own science.  Do we need to invite others for breakout session.
Facilitators and 
Lee--stay within ANASAC or SOC for facilitators.
Stars--Meixner?  
Formation--Evans?
Extragalactic--if needed?
Cosmology--Blain?
Planets--Gurwell?
Also do nearby galaxies and gamma rays?
Give speakers the outline.  Ask if willing to address the large themes.
Group discussions--moderator 
Wilson facilitator for theme one, may need another.  Carilli
Johnstone, Mundy - theme 2  or Jaffe, Debra?
Other solar systems--with star formation.  Boss or Seager?  
Butler facilitate solar system.  
Bieging as facilitator?  Rachel Osten?  Dougherties?
Give a specific target, sensitivity etc for Early Science, no ACA.  
How does community want to be involved?  How do we get them involved?  Do they want to be
	involved and how?
