 Summary talk for large themes.  Chairman starts off with summary talk?
 	Some idea of starting questions for people to discuss--different types of science
 		modes of operations.
 Seek volunteers for organizing committee
 	Those people can be called upon for work.
 Get the message out to people.  Post to Intl list
 				SF Newsletter
 				NRAO Newsletter
 				AGB Newsletter
 				AAS email things.
 				CASCA
 Send messages to this group with Monday email.
 Joan-- if 150 people come that is a lot of people.  Are there breakout rooms.
 Then panels etc.  
 
 Operations second day.  
 
 Funding questions.  Cover this in the session.  
 Try to get Dickman, van Citters, etc. to attend.  Also AAS lobbyist Marvel.
 
 Some contributed papers--posters.  General endorsement.  Have some specialized talks in
 	breakout sessions.  Chairman of each theme gives summary.  Each should address how
 	ALMA will complement or improve their result.
 
If meeting ends at noon no lunch?  General agreement.  Dinner Fri nite?  LOC.
