ANASAC report from the ftf meeting and a separate draft
report on the ALMA Ops Plan. Please have a look again and
send Min your comments. He produced two different reports because
he felt the two reports served slightly different purposes.
Since they are both in a draft form, he could merge them together
into one if that reads better.
