(1) Please approve the minutes of the May  Telecon.
The ALMA Board will most likely meet in Chile at the end of October. The EACC meets (probably) 16-17 September in Munich to consider Japanese entry into ALMA. Therefore the most popular dates for the ASAC meeting will not work. The second most popular, also leaving the most time between meetings, is:
Option E. Friday Sept 6: Visit Vertex antenna pm
  Sept 7-8, meeting
Sept 9 fly out to next meeting or home
Unable to attend these dates: Yamamoto, Gurwell, Bachiller
The Vertex antenna is being assembled, see the webcam

New Business

(1) Status Report and summary of the meetings which were held in May: (B. Brown, R. Kurz, M. Rafal...)
ACC teleconference; the ALMA Board and its ASAC
  Chile meeting (site issues)

(2) Charges from the ACC to the ASAC and discussion/organisation (Guilloteau; Booth and Yun Configuration liaisons)
The ASAC is requested to summarize the scientific, technical, and cost issues associated with the long baseline array geometries currently under consideration and to advise the ad hoc ALMA Board as to possible land use and land access impacts of which it should be aware. Please review the text from Stephane on the largest configuration.

(3) New organisation of the Calibration Group (Wootten; Richer and Wilson, Calibration liaisons)

(4) The concept of `stringency' (Evans)

(5)The next teleconference is nominally 3 July 1430 UT
