Interim ASAC report to the Board February 24-25

What the ASAC has been doing:

(1) Proposed correlator upgrade reviewed and endorsed

(2) Assisted Science IPT with scientific examples for key aspects of the 
calibration plan (Level II milestone)

(3) Discussion of various software issues (Software IDR, aips++ audit)

What the ASAC is doing in preparation for April meeting

(1) Reviewing science drivers for total power stability specs

(2) Discussion of outreach (in view of IAU GA in July)

April meeting  will also have discussions of 
	front end specifications
	calibration plan
	software PDR
