New! Paper on visualization accepted to PASP
I work on Python code for the the Green Bank Telescope data archive and Very Large Array calibration pipeline. I enjoy a strong interest in programming for astronomical applications. I use a variety of tools in my research for different purposes, including Python, Mathematica, and IDL. I've written some visualization tools for large radio surveys that are used by a number of people. In addition, I work on web services that connect to astronomical catalogs and databases.
The Mathematica animation at right shows the solution to a 2D wave equation with diffusion.
Code for current projects can be pulled from my git repository.
