Your contribution must be prepared using the Latex and style files linked below, and must be accompanied by a copyright form (included with your registration package, but also linked to below). This can be handed in before you leave the meeting, mailed to J. Hibbard, NRAO, 520 Edgemont Road, Charlottesville VA 22903, or faxed to J. Hibbard at (804) 296-0278
Make sure that you can Latex and successfully produce a postscript file of your contribution on your home machine before trying to ftp it to us. Rename the file to [yourlastname firstinitial].tex and any accompanying figures to [yourlastname firstinitial]_fig?.tex (where ? indicates the figure number). If you have more than one contribution, please name them sequentially, eg
hibbardj1.tex, hibbardj1_fig1.tex, hibbardj1_fig2.tex, ... hibbardj2.tex, hibbardj2_fig1.tex, hibbardj2_fig2.tex, ...
ftp the completed tex file, the resulting postscript file, and any accompanying figures to the anonymous ftp site at ftp.cv.nrao.edu/pub/incoming/jhibbard/vla2000/
Our goal is to make a book which is as viscerally appealing as possible, and for this reason we are making our page limits exclusive of figures. We will set a figure limit of four (4), although this may be increased upon request.
