2128-123 (OX -148) QSO z= 0.501 V= 15.46 Notes (from the published papers): OX\,$-148$ or PKS\,2128-123 is variable radio quasar of 15.98\,mag at $z$=0.501 with a flat radio spectrum. The pc-scale maps of \citet{Fey98} show a jet structure towards the SW, reaching 40\,mas at 2.3\,GHZ.
