(0) For the moment, I have only assigned full ASAC members to liaisons:
    we will need to adjust this once agreements are reached with Chile
    and Japan.

(1) Backend and Correlator are distinct IPTs, but I think for our
    purposes it is OK to group them together. 

(2) "Outreach" will be a new IPT and I do not yet know its proper name.

(3) Science: this is somewhat different from the other IPTs as the
    Project Scientist is a *member* of the ASAC (even though we do not
    currently have one) and of course we expect the EU and NA Project
    Scientists to be invited and participate in our meetings.  We all
    need to be up to speed on Science PT issues as they are closely
    aligned with our own.  I have nonetheless named two liasons to be
    the points of contact with the IPT and lead any relevant activities.

(4) The first named individual is the lead, the second is co-lead.
