  • Firefox: Edit -> Preferences (or Tools -> Options) -> Advanced -> Network Tab -> (Connection) Settings

  • Instead of, e.g. http://www.cv.nrao.edu/cvproxy.pac, use http://www.nrao.edu/poorvpn.pac as the Automatic Proxy Configuration URL.
