              Action items  ACTION:  WOOTTEN. Distribute antenna specification documentation.  Done.
                                   ACTION: WOOTTEN   AMAC Dates. The AMAC meeting will be held 11-12 March at the NTC in Cville.
                                   ACTION: Wootten.  Resolve phase jitter spec with SE.
                                   ACTION: All.  Comments on Science Requirements document.  Many received from D'Addario, new revision in progress.
                                   ACTION:  Bacmann.  Passband Calibration section of Calibration Plan.  Status:?
                                   ACTION: Wootten, Wilson.  Finish Calibration document.  In progress.
                                   ACTION: Gueth, Holdaway.  Review of Data Format.  Review received from Gueth, transmitted to Software IPT.  
                                   ACTION: Conway.  Plan for first antenna station locations, Early Science.  Emails exchanged.
             MILESTONES: all leaders of level 3 milestones with upcoming deadlines to report on status.  The Milestones, with project number, are available updated for November 7.

     * NRC President (and ALMA friend) Arthur Carty appointed to new post of national science advisor to Canadian Prime Minister Martin, effective 1April.
     * ALMA Construction present at expected level in new FY2005 US Budget request; ALMA Operations funding begins.
     * Operations group continues refinement of plan          
                    * which includes an action item to identify modes for Early Science (Wootten)
                    * Science commissioning and verification plan (Laing)
     * ASAC  -- meeting date set,   charges from the Board
     * new System Design document.
                            Problem areas:  90 degree phase switching.  Change request written by Lucas. (Lucas)
