                Problem areas: 90 degree phase switching. Change request submitted. Software agreed.
                                                 WVR level of correction of phase jitter. Agreement between Science IPT and SE.
                                                 Square law detector - 2ms minimum integration time false spec. Problem is in speed of CAN BUS.
